Healthy Breakfast
Hello Friends, I came with one recipe for breakfast. It actually works for kids to elders. It solves problem-related to cholesterol, obesity and for especially for working mothers. Banana Oats smoothies: Ingredients: 1. 20 gm Oats 2. 1Banana ( diced) 3. 1 ts Flex seeds 4. 1 cup water 5. 50 ml Milk(optional) 6. Honey (Optional) Mix all ingredients in one big bowl and blend it well. garnish it will colorful fruit and dry fruits. Enjoy friends!!!! Have a nice day.
